Jagoda
Senior Consultant
Joined Roland Berger team in 2005.
What did you do before you joined Roland Berger?
I graduated with a degree in Economics from the Poznan University of Economics and a degree in International Management from ESCP-EAP European School of Management in Berlin. I made my first steps as a consultant in strategic management in Germany, where I worked for oil and energy companies, and the public sector. Before I went to Germany, I was an intern in Roland Berger Warsaw Office, where I supported consultants in introduction and launch of a new gas station project. As it could be expected, after I came back to Poland as a consultant, I have joined the team I enjoyed to be a part of so much when I was an intern.
What do you like best in working as a consultant?
Working with unique personalities of our team members and clients is both challenging and rewarding. Knowledge and experience exchange intensity as well as character and opinion differences create ideal environment for both professional and personal development. Projects, clients and businesses are so diverse that they leave no room for routine or taking "shortcuts". Watching how the solutions created on the basis of such sometimes difficult interactions are implemented gives me a great deal of satisfaction.
What do you do in your spare time?
My passions are getting to know other cultures and exercise. I combine both of them while traveling – recently I've cycled through France on my bike and backpacked around Iceland. I enjoy cooking for my friends. I'm interested in coaching and psychology and I try my hand at amateur impro and ballroom dancing.
