Krzysztof Badowski

Krzysztof Badowski has been working in strategic consulting for more than 12 years, which gave him very wide experience. Currently he runs Roland Berger Warsaw Office and leads FMCG business. He specializes in the field of restructuring, strategy and organization, operations, as well as sales and marketing.

Krzysztof graduated from Faculty of Management at University of Warsaw and completed an MBA course at Kellog School of Management. Between 1997 and 1999 he worked with KPMG, then he worked for the CII Group Polska (transformed into Kolaja&Partners in 2005). He joined the Roland Berger team in 2007 as a Principal.

His experience is focused on effectiveness improvement for retail and consumer goods companies, however Krzysztof has also conducted restructuring projects for other industries. During his career, he was a member of top management as an interim manager.
