What were you doing before you came to Roland Berger?
Before I came to Roland Berger, I lived for over 5 years in Florida, USA. After high school I worked in Netia S.A. I started as a Receptionist and then I became a Team Assistant in Network Management Division. At the same time I graduated with a Master of Arts degree in marketing and management (I also have a Bachelor degree in tourism and hospitality). After my studies I was sure that marketing, public relations and psychology will be my main interests in my further career.
What have you learned in Roland Berger?
My current job gives me an opportunity to improve my theoretical knowledge and apply it to my daily responsibilities. Working among experienced and very businesslike people, gives me an opportunity to learn fast. It is easier for me to plan my responsibilities and actions by watching them take appropriate actions and making the right decisions. My work in marketing helps me to develop my organizational skills and meet new interesting people. I am responsible for planning all marketing events in our company: business breakfasts, region meetings, integration events for RB employees as well as cooperation with PR companies. Every day brings new challenges and I can gain experience and learn constantly.
What are your hobbies?
I have few passions that I am trying to develop. I just love to travel and I love the sun. At least once a year I try to travel abroad to rest, meet new people and explore the culture, religion and customs in a particular country that I visit. My favorite place is Turkey – Istanbul is the city I like to visit the most. Besides traveling, I love make-up – I am a professional make-up artist. My life goal is to open my own beauty salon. I read a lot in my free time – my favorite author is American thrillers creator - Dean Koontz.
