What was your occupation before joining Roland Berger?

Before joining Roland Berger I worked as a graphic artist/webmaster freelancer co-operating with companies of different profiles. Prior to that I had completed my studies at the Warsaw Technical University and obtained a Master of Science degree with the specialization in multimedia techniques.

What have you learnt from working in Roland Berger?

Most of all I have learnt conscious and responsible teamwork. Team has more power than a group of individuals, especially as harmonious and stable as the one I am a part of at Roland Berger. Satisfaction from any success is multiplied by the number of participants that worked on it.

How do I like to spend weekends?

It depends on the season, but my favourite way is to spent weekends actively. I usually spent them with my closest friends organizing sport events (cycling or canoeing). Sports have always given me so much satisfaction and a bit of relief from the everyday life.
