The recruitment process allows us to asses candidates' potential and test their predisposition for the consulting profession.
The recruitment process consists of following stages:

Application assessment
Analysis of the CV and the letter of application sent by
At this stage we check, if your experience and former career path match our expectations. If yes, we will invite you to the interviews. - Tests
As part of our selection process we require candidates to sit a series of tests that were designed to examine one's agility as well as analytical and information processing skills. The set is composed of 5 tests where each one lasts between 3 and 5 minutes.
After accomplishing this recruitment stage each prospective employee obtains a feedback with test results. - Interviews
- 1st round
At this stage you will have 3 interviews.
Interviews will be conducted by our consultants. All interviews will take place within one day and each of them will last for approximately 30 minutes.
Interviews consist mainly of short case studies, problem solving exercises and a discussion concerning your achievements and experiences described in your CV. It will also be an opportunity for you to ask question concerning our company. - 2nd round
Case study (only for Business Analyst, Junior Consultant, Consultant and Senior Consultant positions)
In this round you will have to solve a case study and present your findings to the consultants, who will appraise you. We expect from you a creative approach to problem solving, demonstrating your analytical and presentation skills.
After each stage you will receive feedback from us.
