Create Impact

CREATE Impact is a contest for students interested in making a first step in consulting. It’s organized by local Roland Berger offices in many European countries. To the country qualification round we invite teams made of a few last years students. The best will participate in international finals and are welcome to join Roland Berger as Interns for six months.

First phase is conducted simultaneously in a few cities, last time in Warsaw, Cracow and Poznań. Selected 4- or 5-people teams will face the challenge of solving a complicated case study.

Approximately 5 best students form each city are invited for a two-day trip. During that trip participants will take part in another case study, solved previously by Roland Berger consultants. Apart from professional activities, some time is spent on other attractions (like driving jeeps, canoeing or yachting), which gives you an opportunity to relax after hard and demanding work, get to know with other contestants or talk informally with our colleagues.
