International experience

With us, you will gain practical international experience working on projects in our international Competence Centers or within our "International Staff Exchange Program" (ISEP). This program offers you an opportunity to move to a different office abroad for two years or more.

Furthermore, through weekly updated program "central staffing" you will be taken into consideration as a consultant on projects starting in all Roland Berger offices around the world.
