Kick-off

Kick-off is a two-weeks intensive training and an integration camp. It gives new consultants an opportunity to gain the basic knowledge and skills useful in consultant's work.

During kick-off you will learn a lot about Roland Berger – about its corporate culture, structure, used tools and typical projects. You will also get useful tips from our experienced consultants. Additionally, kick-off will give you a chance to share your first experiences at Roland Berger with new colleagues and develop a network of contacts.
