Role of a mentor

When you join us, a mentor will be assigned to you. He will be watching over your personal and professional progress. Your mentor will meet with you on regular basis to determine which seminars will you attend, discuss future projects and to help you with additional activities (e.g. writing articles, conducting studies).

Your mentor will also work with you to define your annual goals, which are a part of our MBO system.

You will receive feedback and guidance necessary for you at all stages of your career, not just from your mentor, project manager and team members, but also from our clients.
