CEE Event in Cracow
On the 16-19 October 2009 a meeting of Roland Berger employees from the entire CEE region took place. Almost 250 people participated in this event.
The aim of the event was to share experiences between offices in the region, sum up previous achievements and discuss strategic plans for the future.
The program of the first day of the conference included discussion over Roland Berger strategy in the CEE for the next few years, introduction of Poland to employees from other offices in the region and presentation of the most interesting projects conducted by particular Roland Berger offices.
Guest speech by Mr. Leszek Czarnecki was the most important event of the second day of the conference. Our special guest presented the strategy of the Getin Holding growth and factors behind the success of the group funded in 2004. Companies within the group are operating in 4 countries: Poland, Russia, Belarus and Romania. They are active in the area of banking, insurance and leasing.
The conference was also an opportunity to hold an interesting discussion on the key issues concerning our company. Consultants' questions were answered by Roland Berger Partners responsible for our company's operations in the CEE region.
Apart from official conference program, the participants had an opportunity to get to know various cultural attractions in Cracow and the surrounding area.
