Business Breakfast - Managing the IT cost challenge
On May 15, 2009, in Roland Berger Warsaw Headquarters, we organized Business Breakfast dedicated to IT issues, especially focused on IT cost management. In the time of a crisis, when every entrepreneur tries to optimize its expenditures, IT savings potential attracts extraordinary attention.
During the Business Breakfast we presented the IT cost reduction issue from the Roland Berger's point of view, as well as 11 levers that help to obtain savings. What's more, we showed how they can affect real business in practice.
During the presentation we invited our guests to a discussion on prepared and gave them a chance to exchange knowledge and share their experience connected with IT cost optimization in Polish companies. Amongst other guests, we invited:

Friday event is especially important in the history of our Roland Berger Warsaw Office, because it was an official inauguration of new functional Information Management Competence Centre, which will be led by Rafał Wojciechowski.
